2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator
1. Locations where you log in and enter personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This means that personal and login data entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the destination server.
2. Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator possessing the key can read it. This protects the data in case the database is stolen from the server.

* information about errors that occurred during HTTP transactions,
* URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – if the Website was accessed through a link,

* diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services through recorders on the website,
* information related to the handling of email directed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.
4. Your rights and additional information on how data is used
1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the agreement concluded with you or to fulfill obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:
* authorized employees and associates who use the data in order to achieve the website’s purpose
2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be stored longer than necessary to perform the related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., on accounting). Regarding marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

You have the right to object to processing indicated in point 3.2 regarding the processing of personal data for the performance of legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, although the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid, legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims.
5. Actions of the Administrator are subject to complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to operate the Website.
7. Actions may be taken against you consisting of automated decision-making, including profiling, in order to provide services under the concluded agreement and for direct marketing conducted by the Administrator.
8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means we do not send them outside the European Union.
5. Information in forms
1. The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
2. The Website may record information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
3. In some cases, the Website may save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In this case, the user’s email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
